Promotion  Terms & Conditions.

This General Terms and Conditions shall apply to the #OMGAIRARAYA Promotion (“Promotion”)  by Aira Fintech Sdn Bhd.  This #OMGAiraRaya Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy found on the Airapay Website (are collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the Promotion. User/customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions by participating in the Promotion.

#OMGAiraRaya Ruang IdamanKu Contest (“Contest”)

• • Contest will be conducted on AiraPay’s Instagram page.

Participants will need to spend a minimum of RM500 in a single transaction and checkout using Airapay in order to gain ONE (1) entry for the Contest.  There is no limit to the number of entries to be made by a User.

• • User will need to fulfil all requirements for the contest in order to be considered (Like AiraPay Instagram page, Tag three (3) friends and Comment why you would like to win the opportunity for a living room make over by Interior by Sisters).
  • The winner will accept the terms and condition of the make-over by Interior by Sisters.
  • Site visit will be conducted before full make-over plan is given. AiraPay and Interior by Sisters reserves the right to alter, add or remove any items as seen fit without prior notice.
  • Timeline will be given only after site visit is conducted.
  • Contest is not valid with any other vouchers, discounts, or promotions.

#OMGAiraRaya ‘Double OMG’ (“Giveaway”)

• • First 500 New Registered Users that spend a minimum of RM150 in a single transaction and checkout using Airapay will automatically receive RM8 for their first purchase) + RM20 (second purchase) and will be automatically applied to the payment of the first instalment of the purchases.

• • First 500 Existing Users that spend a minimum of RM150 in a single transaction and checkout using Airapay will automatically receive RM6 (first purchase) + RM10 (second purchase) and will be automatically applied to the payment of the first instalment of the purchases .
  • Validity of the discounts is only valid during the promotion period from 14 March 2022 to 8 May 2022.

• • The Giveaway is not valid with any other vouchers, discounts, or promotions.

#OMGAiraRaya Weekly Winners (“Voucher”)

• • Three (3) winners will be selected and RM50 voucher given with a minimum spend of RM100 weekly for 7 weeks.
  • The more users spend, the higher the chances of winning the voucher.
  • A minimum spend of RM150 a single transaction and checkout using Airapay is required in order to use the voucher.

• • Winners will be selected based on the total entries received.
  • The Voucher is not valid with any other vouchers, discounts, or promotions.

General terms:

• • Promotion period: 14th March 2022 to 8th May 2022 (‘Promotion Period”). Contest, Giveaway and Voucher are only valid during the Promotion Period.
  • Customer/User will be required to have a verified AiraPay account.
  • All vouchers/cash rebates will be deducted from the final instalment amount and all instalment payment must be paid on time. If any of the instalments are paid late (as stipulated in the user dashboard), the voucher/cash rebate will be null and void.
  • AiraPay reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the contest/giveaway, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the contest/giveaway, the decision of AiraPay shall be final.
  • AiraPay does not have any obligation to inform the user in the event contest/giveaway has reached the maximum redemption throughout the promotion period during or before the conclusion of the promotion period.
  • Promotion is not valid with any other vouchers, discounts, or promotions.
  • Promotion ends at the end of the promotion period, or when the number of giveaways have been fully awarded, whichever comes earlier. Giveaways are awarded on a first come first serve basis and/or while the offer last only.
  • Contest/Giveaway is only valid at all merchants that uses AiraPay as a payment solution.
  • Limited redemptions available.
  • Customer/User shall:-
  • (a)      comply with all applicable laws and regulations throughout their participation in the Promotion;
  • (b)      not sell the Giveaway and/or Voucher to a third party;
  • (c)      ensure the accuracy, relevance, correctness, completeness of all personal information/statements/reviews/feedback/recommendations that is communicated, submitted or transmitted, whether to Aira Fintech or third parties service providers of Aira Fintech;
  • (d)      not tamper or attempt to tamper with the operations or mechanics of the Promotion by fraud, cheating, deception, illegal activities, or any form of action that is not acceptable to us.

Positive Credit Spending Habits:

THIS PROMOTION IS SOLELY INTENDED TO PROMOTE AND BRING AWARENES TO THE AVAILABILITY OF AIRAPAY. IN OUR EFFORT TO CULTIVATE POSITIVE CREDIT BEHAVIOUR AND TO DISCOURAGE OVERSPENDING, USERS ARE GRANTED A SPECIFIC SPENDING LIMIT BASED ON AIRA FINTECH’S INTERNAL ASSESSMENT OF THE  USER’S CREDIT STANDING AND HIS/HER ABILITY TO REPAY THE INSTALMENT PAYMENT FOR THEIR PURCHASES MADE USING AIRAPAY. USER ARE THEREFORE ADVISED TO SPEND RESPONSIBLY WITHIN THEIR FINANCIAL MEANS AND NOT TO MAKE ENTRIES ABOVE THEIR SPENDING LIMIT.

Liabilities and Indemnities:

1. 1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aira Fintech shall not be responsible for claims arising from or relating to your inability to participate in the Promotion or your inability to use AIRAPAY due to any technical issues in connection with the Airapay Website or any other issues beyond our control.
   2. You hereby release and discharge Aira Fintech, its employees, directors, sponsors, agents and representatives from and against, any and all claims and any consequential losses under any applicable laws you may have suffered or incurred arising out of or resulting from your participation in the Promotion.
   3. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Aira Fintech, its employees, directors, sponsors, agents and representatives from and against, any and all Claims that may at any time be incurred arising out of or resulting from your acts, negligence, omissions, your breach of this Terms and Conditions.
   4. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in this Terms and Conditions, you hereby agree that Aira Fintech’s total aggregate liability under this Terms and Conditions, in respect of all and any Claims are limited to and shall not exceed RM 3,500.00. This limitation of Aira Fintech’s liability and indemnity shall apply irrespective of cause and notwithstanding the negligence or breach of duty (whether statutory or otherwise) of Aira Fintech or of any other entity or party.
